FAQ: What does a Banner Printer look like?

Once the banner has printed, it is inspected, hand trimmed, and grommeted before packing and shipping to you. Average size orders are manufactured and shipped within two business days of order and artwork receipt. Shipping, a $8.95 flat charge, gets the banner to your door between 3 and no more than 5 business days later. In Dallas and most of north Texas (where we are), banners are delivered just 1 business day later. The total turn-around time from artwork to doorstep? 5-7 business days nationally, and 3 business days in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and several other major areas within our region.

Just reply to the automatic  order confirmation email you receive with your artwork attached.  We get these during the business day and let you know if the artwork is approved for manufacturing.  Any potential issues or preference questions are quickly resolved with you and then sent to the Production Queue.

Within two business days, your banners will ship to you. The only exception is if your order is exceptionally large or complicated (e.g. you need 30, 300, or 3,000 banners for an event or national promotion). Please communicate your delivery needs to us up front, and we will keep you advised at every step of the manufacturing and fulfillment process. Large orders frequently ship in multiple cartons. All packing slips indicate package contents as well as the remaining order in other cartons. We even track all of your packages through their delivery, and notify you when it has been reported as having arrived.
